Job Description:
The selected candidate will be required to attend and respond to customers' calls relating to their problems and queries. He/ She will need to co-ordinate with the Project Team and Engineers to get the problem resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
He / She will be an important member of our Service Delivery Team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be having minimum 1 year of experience in Call-coordination, Client handling and should have good communication skills.
